Legally binding version is the German one. This English text is a convenience translation; in case of doubt the German legal notice prevails.
This legal notice applies to the domains vr6syncro.de and vr6-syncro.de. Both domains are provided by the same operator and serve identical content.
This website is run privately and on a non-commercial basis. The obligation to provide a legal notice under § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act, since 14 May 2024 the successor to § 5 TMG) applies to digital services offered commercially, as a rule against payment. What matters here is commercial character (a planned offering set up for a certain duration with an economic connection) — not an intent to make a profit. As no such commercial activity exists here, there is no obligation to provide a full legal notice. Nevertheless, the details required to exercise the rights to information, rectification and erasure under the GDPR are disclosed transparently below.
